comedian and talk show host ellen degeneres has donated 100-thousand dollars to the “no” on prop eight campaign. Degeneres used this money to buy television airtime where she will ask Californians to vote no on the intiative that will ban gay marriage. According to Access Hollywood, this generous donation to the “no” on prop eight occurred a day after gay rights bloggers called her out for not immediately giving money to the campaign.
